Fitness has certainly become part of my lifestyle, if I don’t go for a few days it starts to weigh on my mind. I have such a better day through going to the gym in the morning. My fiancé had a similar fitness lifestyle, although when I met him he was much more into that I was at that point. It makes it so much easier to keep fit and healthy when the person you live with shares the same views.
Like a said sometimes my motivation does falter but this week I’ve turned over a new leaf and am so proud of myself that I’ve had to write about it. I have such a sweet tooth for chocolate and biscuits.
Where I work there is ordinarily some sort of treat on a daily basis and I have always told myself that I didn’t have the will power to keep away. Well, something has switched! Monday I woke feeling the most motivated I had in a long time. All week I have stayed away from the goodies. Coming prepared with lots of healthy alternatives has certainly helped. Not having sweet stuff for 4 days doesn’t sound like a lot but I seriously cannot remember a time before when I achieved this!

Pinterest has really inspired me by following lots of fitness related boards, the daily images of healthy, toned figures has really made me want to work for it and realise that anyone can have the body that they want with a good diet and a little hard work. So week one is nearly over and I thought I’d jot my thoughts down while I am still feel motivated. I can then read this back to myself and remember how I felt writing it on the mornings when bed feels more accommodating than the thought of being at the gym.
